We currently ship within the EU, UK and Switzerland.
Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and packaging.
Made-to-order items may take longer – detailed lead times are listed on each product page.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Returns

We hope you love your order, but if there’s a problem, please reach out to us first.
You may return unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery at your own cost.
Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Made-to-order items

Items marked as made-to-order are produced individually upon request.
Because they are custom-made, they are non-returnable and non-refundable according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB (German Civil Code).
